Ridiculous
I recently joined Discovery Bank because I also have Group life and Provident fund through them. The lady called me on my current number and we went through the process. To my surprise they gave DSV the old contact number after sitting on the phone for 30 minutes. They cant get a contact number right? Now I cant login to my online profile because the stupid OTP goes to the incorrect number.

10 Mar 2025, 14:40You are missing the point. I cant login because the OTP is going to the incorrect number. I call Digital support, they transfer me from pillar to post. Whats the point of being digital if your digital channels donf work?
