Reversed transaction to make more Money - Kulula or Discovery??

Please advise if there was a problem with the banking platform today - I did a hotel booking and the money was processed and then 30 min later reversed - tried to book again and now the price has gone up by R400 - thats not my fault??? is this a friday 13th joke or what...
