Residential addresschanged without my consent

<p>In July 2013, I updated my personal details with Discovery. I was asked to fill in a form for the changes, a declaration form as well as send certified proof of my residential address - to which I completed all of the documents required. I was informed the change had been made. Fast forward almost three years later and my residential address has been changed - this time without me requesting the change, my house moved 10 places done the street. Today I checked my personal details at Discovery Card and saw the change, I requested the address be fixed according to the original request I made in 2013 and the response is to change my residential address I must fill in the forms and send certified proof of my residential address again. I refuse to fill in the forms to request the change as I did not ask Discovery to change my address in the first place. Why do you ask for certified proof to be sent, if someone in the organisation can make those changes on their own without the clients consent. I want my residentia address to be changed to the consent I gave in 2013, i have emailed the reference numbers for the email conversations that was held in 2013. Du not ask me to fill in any more forms or send any more proof as you can make the change on your own, since you have done it in the last 3 years.</p>
