REQUESTING ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

Good Day,

I app**** for a Credit Card, send throug all documents and still the outcome is pending. Everytime I get a response they are asking for more and more documents. I bought a house, car and have different Credit Cards and never had so many back and forths.

Hi Rudismit

We do apologise for the frustration caused by our Applications department requesting for more documents.

However, this was caused by your income doesn’t match your South African bank account and you not being employed by a South African company therefore we are not able to verify your employment or income.

The reason they requested more documents was to explore every option available to give you a Discovery Credit Card.

Hi Jaco, It is disappointing to learn that even though they knew the outcome they kept dragging this out. Don't understand how i can buy a house, and car but when it comes to a Discovery Card you have different criteria. All documents showing my income was provided to you. Rudi
