Request to Increase Credit Card Limit

I send the request for increasing my credit card limit to Discovery card division on 16 Feb 2016, I have received the reply email which requested to complete request form and 3 months bank statement which I sent it in next day. I did not receive any reply on my request then I had to send another email as a reminder on 01 Mar 2016. I have received an email with reference No. *** and requested to submit my Certified copy of Passport which I sent it to them in next day. I have received another email on 03 Mar 2016 with query no. *** and I was requested to send my Certified copy of my passport again which I respond it at the same day with requested document. <br> Nothing happened till 09 Mar 2016 and at that date I received an email which requested Copy of visa, Contract and signed off Foreign declaration document.I have sent them and after 2 days I received another email that requested full February Bank Statement which I sent it to them.<br> <br> I am so disappointed with the followup and feedback that I have received from discovery credit card division and my question is why did not ask once all required documents which would help to reduce the time and accelerate process. <br>
