Rendering customers can't contact them

They don't provide any reasonable way to contact them that is idle by people who are not rich both in money and time so that they have hours and can afford the phone bill to call. On X they pretend they cannot deal with anything, even given the case number. They pretend that I might be impersonating a customer. Which would require that I somehow got *****ulent customer information into the case. The complaints email reports that it cannot be used for complaints. Places like HelloPeter are now the only means of contacting Discovery.

And they've *******ed the phone number I entered on the banking site so that it's now +27+27+44 followed by the rest of the actual number. Trying to change it results in a message claiming a message has been sent and just be accepted to complete the change. Seriously, hire some competent software engineers. There are plenty around.

Which part of "They don't provide any reasonable way to contact them" did you find confusing?

There is a *****ulent transaction on my card and Discovery Bank is being very careful to make sure they don't have to do anything about it.

This is the response when someone tries to use the complaints email.
"This mailbox deals specifically with existing complaints". So complaining about the incompetence of the engineers and the problems they're causing along with the fact that there's no way to deal with the ***** on the card is not possible. I'm insufficiently wealthy to stay on hold on the phone.
