Release my account, remove lock

Good day, this could be my forth review regarding my Discovery bank account. I have more than 1 account, they blocked or hold my other account but they are still receiving money into my other account but don't want me to use it or send it to my other alternative account. Why are they receiving money into the account when the account is in hold? And why are they holding the account and took too long to reopen it? Why are they keeping the same mistakes of being so unprofessional? They call me and tell me they will call me again but never call. It's been a while when they hold my money from OKX trading platform and I don't know if trading is wrong or are they just doing it to me only. I am heartbroken. I really need my account back, my money or both. So far I can't recommend anyone to consider Discovery as bank but wayback it was so nice to me...now I am lost not able to use my own money, dying of hunger.
