Refusing to PAY MY MONEY

Funds of R22000 were erroneously deducted from my discovery card. Woolworths sent a letter requesting funds to be released ONE WEEK AGO. I called discovery about ten times yesterday and was sent from pillar to post. First they said the letter from woollies wasn't on a letter head. Next thing they told me the pending funds would expire on Friday and reflect on Saturday automatically so there's nothing for them to action. Saturday morning I am still R22000 short. They promised me if I could ask woollies to resend the letter on a letterhead they would resolve this but still nothing. I have things to pay for and about to be kicked out of my apartment for something that's not my fault. Discovery simply refuses to help me knowing this is a major issue and woollies has comp**** on their end.
