Refund request 90 days turnaround is ridiculous

I withdraw money with my discovery bank at an ABSA ATM and the ABSA ATM took my money back into the ATM. The following day I went into the ABSA branch and they informed me that if I was an ABSA client they would be able to refund my money within 5 business days, however because I am with discovery I needed to contact discovery. I explained my situation to Discovery and they informed me that the turnaround time would be 90 days, how is turnaround time with Absa 5 days for a refund but 90 days with discovery? This is truely terrible service. Perhaps I have chosen the wrong bank because the service and eagerness to resolve my issue from ABSA was handles with urgency however discovery made me feel like just another number.
