Refund not released!!!!!
Double booked flights via Discovery banking app and the airflight has made the refund my account. When I called, an agent said she doesn't know where the money could be (Maybe with Vitality) - and kept on asking me not to hang up - instead of telling me where my money is - she told me about other services the app offers. No call, no way forward. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

17 Jul 2025, 20:56Flysafair said the money should reflect to me within 24hrs, I called them, they said it is with you. Why should it take 7 days when its been paid and Flysafair has confirmed that they made this payment. On my statement, you can see that the double-booking is reflecting on my outgoing payments.
