Refund not honoured

Hi Discovery Credit Card<br> I have gotten to the point where Discovery has come back to me to offer me the following on Digby secondary credit card:- *** call refers:<br> <br> My husband's card was issued in December 2013. Even though it was requested that it be activated and linked to all cards - this was never done - Discovery will not admit to this.<br> Discovery is prepared to offer me to back date his healthy food benefit to 1st January 2015 - no further. They admit that there has been a glitch there side whereby the website says everything is connected - but in fact it actually is not.<br> In Telecons which Discovery has records of, it was clearly stated to me that Discovery would refund all purchases made by my husband from (Woolworths & Pick 'n Pay) and this would be back dated to 1st January 2015.<br> I called in 10 days ago to follow up as I have received no notification or refund to now be told they would only refund on Pick 'n Pay and only if I could send in the last 6 months of receipts. Yet Discovery has a copy of everything. I don't keep Pick 'n Pay receipts.<br> So Discovery - could someone please take this seriously and get back to me?
