Refund issue
Worst experience!!! It’s been close to 4 weeks this bank claims to escalate my refund issue. Pay me back my refund! I called them again today, they telling me the same thing over and over again that they will escalate.

22 May 2026, 16:24Your consultant confirmed that the other party already has confirmed they never received the funds on their side. All you have to do is to refund me my money that’s all. There’s no need for tech team to do investigation for over 2 weeks because you took it from my balance, so easily return it like how it easily disappeared.
