Referral ****

Discovery Bank promotes rewarding clients for referrals. I did a referral and on their app it state have the person join using your code. My brother joined. Then it states the person must do a qualifying spend. My brother switches banks, has salary transferred to new account and does the spend. He receives his miles meaning all is in order. I don't get my referral miles. I call in, they say he needs to do a digital spend not a card spend. What is you do not do digital banking and why is the bar changing. The client was referred, joined, did the spend with their card so using their account and yet it is still not good enough. It's a hoax and they have no intention of rewarding referrals. I also don't get how my brother got his miles if he didn't do the qualifying steps and I didnt
