RATING ZERO - DISCOVERY IS THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!

Such a frustration dealing with this bank!

Please do yourself a favor and don't open a bank account with them! They are so spiteful when you require assistance! Took my 30 minutes and 3 phone calls just to find out what is going on, 3 different people tell me 3 different stories!!!!!!!!!

I requested to close my account with immediate effect, they come with a story that it takes then 8 working days to close an account, where other banks close your bank account the same day!

Useless is not the word. Pathetic is an under statement!

Asking to speak to a supervisor, then you get transferred again to a lady with a soft voice, that tells you the same story of how *********** they are. And that there is nothing they can do.

Probably the WORST BANK IN THE WORLD!!
