Rand is not equal to Euro

I recently joined Discovery to make use of their Euro account.

Today I decided to apply for a credit card, I don't really need one but its good to have for a rainy day. After supplying countless documents it was refused..... Not enough disposable income.

I clearly stated on my pay slips that it is euro, also the euro account for last month reflects the Euro deposited.

Apparently they don't know that the EURO and the Rand are not the same conversion rate.

Dear Discovery 1 euro = R20 about, you need to recalculate the numbers.

I will not bother, your credit team are clueless if they cannot take;

1, Obvious salary that shows in the bank statements, payslips and contract of employment and NOT use a FABRICATED amount.
2, A supp**** comprehensive expenses list, that could very easily be verified against the bank statements

and do a simple mathematical calculation then Discovery bank is not for me!!

I will stay with absa where their calculators WORK and they know how to deal with money from people earning a salary offs****!!

PS look how much I transferred out of my Discovery account yesterday to absa.... that is my NET salary...
