Quick to take your money, but slow to return it ?

Seems Discovery Card is eager to take your money, but when they need to give it back they are rather slow.

Due to Discovery's decision the be part of the ANC (which is a total different story) I decided to close my credit card with them. The request was done at 11:21 on 23/11/2018.

I got a confirmation that they received my request (with the closure form filled in), and here is part of that email which I received at 11:22 am on 23/11/2018.

One of our consultants will contact you by email or phone once your query has been addressed. " So guys, I'm still waiting for my money to be returned to me as it has still not been paid out !
