Query delay
Good day, On the 12th of May i had R500 in my account, i went to the atm trying to withdraw and the transaction was unsuccessful, meaning i didn't receive money. I later called discovery regarding this and was told the funds is pending and in few days will be transferred bank into my account. Few days later the money is no longer pending and says withdrawn. I phoned the bank and was advised to email the atm slip to show that the money wasn't received I immediately emailed while on the call with the consultant and she acknowledged receiving the slip. Till thi day i haven't received my money and I need that cash for transport to work, am i now supposed to loan from people just because discovery is holding back my money??? I need that cash back into my account ASAP
