Provide a cancellation option

Discovery make it impossible to cancel either their card or their life insurance on the internet. Self service on the web exists for everything except cancellations. You are forced to telephone the contact centre and listen to automated menu options which surprise, surprise, do not include an option to cancel. So in order to cancel life insurance, it was back to the broker and to cancel the Discovery credit card, it was a call to FNB as it is a visa in order to cancel. And why am I cancelling? Because they debited the card, not their usual R95.35 per month in fees but R531.14 and no-one can say what the debit was for. So have paid over R1,600 in fees this year and not used the card once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
