Promises not kept as advertised
I was convinced to open a transaction account by my daughter as she was advised if she refers, she would get points 5000 points and so would I. So I closed another account to open this one and no points as their advertising claims. So disappointed as the print states so but that call centre now says I need a credit card, but it’s not what the ad says
