Promises, Escalations but nothing happens!

In October 2014 I signed up for Discovery's 4500 bonus avios offer.<br> Since then I have followed up on at least 5 occasions, with the last one culminating in a HelloPeter complaint on 26 January.<br> I was delighted when a well-spoken gentleman phoned me (From the Escalations department - did not get his name so poor Jennifer Molele is again implicated) even though it was a good week after complaining on this site. He firstly expressed horror with the fact that my complaint had taken since November 2014 and hadn't been resolved yet. He PROMISED that the 4500 bonus avios miles would be allocated within the very next day.<br> Another two weeks have passed and the escalated promises has resulted in absolutely nothing!!!!<br>
