Promise not kept and misleading
I was owing the bank due to financial difficulty I was handed over to MBD and my account & credit card paused. MBD promised my account will be reactivated if I settle my debt. I owed less than credit limit and settled my account paying more than what I owed My credit card is showing credit is available R********however account is paused and discovery has refused to re-activate my account

Over and above what I shared I received an e-mail from your bank indicating my case,
CASE #[***0] case number is closed, and my account is now active however logging into my account I found it is still indicating my cards are still paused and when testing transaction, it still doesn't allow be to transact. I will give this matter 24hrs if there is still no reply I will log a complaint with banking ombudsman, please see e-mail caption below.

We are awaiting feedback from MBD regarding the information provided to you.
Due to the fact that your account was in arrears for a long period of time, your account went into a write-off status.
This means we only collected the funds for recovery and your account would then be closed due to breach of contract.
I am awaiting feedback from MBD regarding the information provided to you before we can provide you with any additional information.
