Clueless in understanding the refund process by Discovery Bank (Credit Card) and 0% accountability in updating the client when numerous emails are sent to product client support team just to understand how this refund process works when a merchant refunds the amount back into the Credit Card. Awaiting since 2 weeks :(.

Hi Sibongile,

Have Purchased flight tickets value of 46796 Rands using my Discovery Credit Card for the whole family to fly with Singapore Airlines.
The breakdown as follows:
PRASAD BHOGI : 12373.93 ZAR
NEELIMA BHOGI:12373.93 ZAR
VIAANSH BHOGI: 1100.00 ZAR
HARIPIRYA BHOGI : 9623.93 ZAR
KUSHAALI BHOGI : 9623.93 ZAR
However due to COVID Pandemic they have advised me regarding the cancellation of flights and will refund the amount in full. Provide required documentation and have process the refund for the full amount on 23 October. But on my Credit Card statement i only see the amount for
12373.93 and 1100.00 and rest is not reflecting .

Have mailed Ayanda to look into this matter but no response :( .
Please look into this matter urgently

Will Appreciate if this can be resolved soon.
