Pre-Dated Collections

Im am very upset on how things are done at discovery Credit Card. They are so eager to give you credit and increase credit limits so they can cliam more interest of from you. At the end of the day just sharks taking a chunk of from your money.

Ive planned out since the last 3 years on how I manage my payments and transfers as everybody does when it comes to rent, loans, insurance and whatsoever. To some people this will not be a problem but in my case it causes other problems with other payments due to be made.

My debit order is suppose to go off on the 8th of September, today is the 7th, yesterday it was the 6th and I've done an in bank payment via cash to cover my minimum payment. In the earliest of the hours of today they decided to take of the debit order today from my Nedbank account where I had just enough funds to cover my vehicle finance due to also be 8th September.

I phoned Discovery Card and I've got a reference to the call. Now the only answer they can give me is not the 1 I hoped for, I have to wait till this afternoon to see if the collections notice the payment done via cash and then by the end of the day they 'only' might return the money debited from my account. So, what will Discovery do if my vehicle finance goes off on debit order tomorrow and theres not enough funds? Who will pay the penalties at the end of the day?
