This bank is ridiculous, doing hard credit checks on clients without consent. I had a check done with no consent given.

17 Mar 2026, 16:04Hi I got a call from an agent, when I clearly ask if this enquiry will hit a credit house I was told no as I was looking for a Transactional banking account and not a credit card. So clearly theres an issue, my score dropped from 725 to 717. Get someone to call me, I have tried calling your team for an hour with no success.
