A friendly warning to all Hellopeter reviewers intrested in opening a Disovery bank account,DON'T!!!

I have been a Discovery Bank customer for about a month now and the service levels are terrible.

Their call centre waiting time is constanly over 10 minutes long. I Have logged two queries where I can't make online credit card payments, both time I have been informed that this matter is being escalated and they will come back to me. Three weeks have past and I have not received any feedback.

Lastly their Vitality Saving account looks very enticing with their 7.5% intrested if you are on Daimond, as I am, but as per all banks that pay their interest on the first of every month, Discovery bank does not, its the 3rd of September and I have not received anything yet. I have logged a query for this but can bet it will just be escalated to nothing.

Clearly Discovery bank is not a bank yet so my advice will be to stay far away, you might think your bank is bad but believe me Discovery bank will be worse
