POPIA act not followed

As my bank you debit money of my account without my knowledge nor did you inform me regard this. As per the POPia act you need to inform me before you make transaction on my account with my consent. This bad service and i feel like my information is compromised. This is *****

i believe your systems should have a record of my call this morning, i am not going to repeat myself. Your credit department took money off my cheque card to pay off something. They say i deposited money which i have not done. R491 WAS TRANSFERRED without my knowledge. I need a really explanation regarding this or i will be canceling everything i have under you
