Poorest system. Discovery bank.
*** It is extremely irritating that I cannot get the desired support from discovery. I would like to 1. redeem my discovery miles and 2. close my account
That's all. I have never used this account. And I have not interest in it. Not do I have an interest in trying to make this stupid app work on my phone.
Please assist me. This is ridiculous.

The only way to monetise your Discovery Miles is in the bank app.
I do see that you spoke to one of our agents and they advised you on how to do this in the bank app.
I can log the account closure for you, however you will forfeit your Discovery Miles.
