Poorest service ever

I would like to log complaint regarding the level of service I have been subjected to by Discovery Bank.

I have not received my staff rebate this month as a staff member and when I received a payment into my account it was offset against bank charges. I was supposed to buy lunch with that money and was left stranded. I also reported *****ulent activities on my account multiple times and the problem is still ongoing and I still haven't been refunded for those transactions.

I have also requested my other account to be closed but till this day it hasn't been closed and it is accumulating debit order decline charges which are now R910.00.

This is poor service to say the least.
