Poor service,asking for docs i do not have and rejecting valid one i do have

This is really frustrating, I am trying to complete my account application/registration and for some reason discovery keeps rejecting my i.d document and asking me to send in my passport or drivers license

I do not have either of those!!! So now what?I cannot be accustomer? All.i have is my I.d document yet you guys keep asking.g for other docs without giving me the option to tell url that I do not have other docs!!

I do not have any other products with disc9very, I do however have other bank accounts who also use the same system and I have not had a problem verifying myself, I do not have a passport or driver's license...so now what do I do?
