Poor service of discovery bank

I am very unhappy with the service given to me by Discover Bank. They are supposed to be an innovative digital bank yet I cant even get the assistance I need. I have called in numerous times and each time im given a different story! Its absolutely ridiculous! I need access to MY money and no one can explain to me whats going on or actually take the time to listen and assist accordingly.
