Poor Service

When using my Discovery miles to pay for an order on Takelot the transaction timed out and the order was not paid for however my Discovery miles were reduced. I reported this to discovery via their website on the 6/12/2020, I followed up telphonically on 10/12/2020 and to date I have not been refunded my discovery miles. Pretty poor service in my opinion.
