poor Service

Purchased a SAA ticket to Johannesburg via Discovery Travel, I was charged twice for the same flight and now been double booked

There is no indication of which booking to use and when i will be refunded as they say may take 30 to 90 days to resolve.

This is their fault but i may miss my flight and wait up to 3 months for my own money back
