Poor service at discovery bank
Service is poor.Iv ask them to explain to me y I swipe the card today and the money taken after 1 week and every time I withdraw money is still shows two amounts.Ill just have to cancel this card...is a stress

Please note that sometimes when you use you your card at a merchant a transaction can pend or be under authorisation for a period of one to seven working days waiting for the receiving bank to clear the funds.
In terms of the withdrawing money some ATM's may duplicate a transaction because of a delay in the back end but your account will not be affected in any way the duplicated transaction gets written off.
