Poor service at Discovery bank

You claim to be this high tech online bank. That is not my experience banking with Discovery bank. I am now struggling for a week to get this bank to stamped and sign a UIF form and still waiting. My next move will be to go to your head office and refuse to leave untill it is done!!! Case number ***9.
