POOR Service!! And no Follow up after a query 2611

On Saturday I made a purchase at Lotter's Pine in Randburg. The Card machine declined the transaction due to the error of being off-line. The merchant tried another 3 times of which all 3 declined that the bank is offline. I contacted the Discovery Card Platinum Call Centre of which the agent advised me that the monies has not been processed, but my sms already came through that it has been reserved as a purchase (amount R 1960). She then advised that it will be reversed only in 5-07days. I informed her that it is not R 50, it is almost R 2000 and this is unacceptable. She then advised she cannot do anything and will have someone call me on Monday after enquiring and NO manager was available to speak to me. The agent also said to me FNB is offline and they have a huge problem on their side. After about an hour, another 3 reserved R 1960's come through on my credit card, thus now there is almost R 8000 on my credit card now reserved, the merchants machine did not bank the funds and all 4 slips shows declined as a result of offline but per my Discovery Card sms all 4 transactions was reserved. FNB Eventually sorted this out in 10min after DCard could not and made it my problem.
