Poor service and lack of feedback

I recently called Discovery bank to get information about submitting uif documents.I was advised that I need to call first before sending through the documents and it would take 24 to 48 hrs before they send them back,which I did.I then received an email saying my documents were received.48 hors later no response on my follow up email,called them again and was advised I would receive them the follow day.Its a week later no response from them,I had to call again to be told they will escalate and all that nonsense they tell us.After this I am moving from Discovery,if they can't assist with such small things clearly you'll experience issues where you money is concerned.They don't even deserve a 1 star
