Poor service

Discovery bank is a very poor bank I don’t know why they exist even Last week we sent document thro to them just for a bank stamp for the school document our document was supposed to be in last week Monday I honed them they gave me a reference number ***9 and that I will have the documents be for Friday last week we we arrange with the school to please bear with us it will be in on Friday still no documents yesterday I phoned them no answers or they dropped the phone to day I got hold of the and they keep on telling me that our documents has be escalated to the department and they gave me a reference number ***5 for the exultation when I wanted to phone back no answers SO WHAT MUST WE DO AND IT NOT ME WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS THERE IS A LOST OF PARENTS THAT STRUGGELS WITH DISCOVERY BANK,EVEN THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT YOU CAND COMPLAINT TO THIS IS A POOR BANK THE AR VERY FOST TO ADVETISE YJEY SERVIS ON ADDS BUT SJOH VERY VER POOR
