Poor Service

<p>Where do i even start - when i app**** for a discovery card i got very excellent service - despite the reviews on this page - then from there it all went downhill. First they say you need your last 3 payslips OR your last 3 months personal bank statements - so i sent my last 3 payslips only to get an email back to say they cannot process until i send my bank statements incase my payslips are not sufficient!!! So why say "OR"???! Then i get a call from the courier services to say my card will be delivered Tuesday 14 June 2016 between 12 - 2. I then got an sms to say there had been a delay with my card and someone would contact me - which NO ONE ofcourse did! When i called they told me my address on system was incorrect - when i confirmed with them that it was the right address they then said the driver could not find my location??? Is it so hard for them to phone for directions. Then i get told my card will arrive on Friday 17th June. When i leave work on Tuesday (14th June) the courier decides to show up - No arrangements made - i had to go back in side and get my ID and Proof of address - only to be told me proof of address is to old!!!! Nobody said what date needs to be on it! It says on email "On delivery you must show the courier your original green barcoded identity document and your original proof of residence. You must also give the courier a copy of these documents for our records". The service i have recieved is shocking - and i tried not to believe these reviews but they are true! Your employees are being treated badly because you cannot get your act together!!! Disgusting.</p>
