Poor Service

Good Day can anyone please help me to speak to someone higher up in Discovery to close my credit card account because i am trying for 15 days and a cost of over R 230.00 to listen to their music tunes for up to 16 to 20 min while hanging on for someone to put you through to a manager because they cant do their job. Everyday you are promised forms to be filled in and email it back but no forms . They are very quick to send you the amount for the next month which come through on my email but not the forms.My name is Ockie and can be reached on ***
