Poor Service

I have downloaded my bank statements the beginning of this year from my Discovery banking app and email it to African Bank to apply for a loan. It came back declined and they told me that my bank statements was **********. African bank listed me with SAFPS and this is creating a negative effect on my credit profile. On numerous occasions Discovery Bank say they busy sorting it out and they call me and I'm still waiting on feedback. Discovery Bank lie and saying they going to call you and they dont call you back. and when you follow up they they say the going to call you. this is poor services I'm getting from Discovery Bank and up until today they still didnt tell me what was ********** on my bank statements. This problem is taking extremely long to resolve. I dont reccomend banking with Discovery as they still have a lot to learn and gain more experience compared to the other well established banks. Discovery bank is new and they need to stick to medical aid.
