Poor security checks

I wanted to updated my contact details and change my mobile number.

The contact centre said this can only be done by the "OTP" department open on weekdays. This means that any security related query or changes to your profile can only be completed during weekday office hours.

This is very poor and unacceptable as no security or personal information can be updated/changed over weekends if your mobile number is unavailable for any reason.

Other websites have multiple options for OTP checks such as email as an alternative. Discovery has a very basic and limited form of security authentication available to their members.

VERY DISAPPOINTING DISCOVERY HEALTH FOR AN INERNATIONAL BRAND and COMPANY !!
