Poor security at Discovery Bank

Very poor security, money is not safe with DB. Wife's card has been cloned couple of time and unauthorized debit orders goes off. Every time it is just yes we will investigate but no action. Cannot even provide information on the debit order that goes off unauthorized. Very bad and useless.
