POOR HOMELOAN OFFER
What a waste of time applying for a homeloan! I was offered a higher rate than my existing bond. I have started moving my salary, etc to Discovery, but is re considering my decision. Discovery Bank you have really disappointed me.

You could see my current loan's interest rate on my application. If you KNOW that you cannot better that interest rate, why on earth would you waste your time and my time with an application? It's a pity that your process is so pathetic. I have 3 other bonds that I would have loved to move to Discovery. This loan application was the smallest one.
