I called on Thurday 16 Jan 2025 and requested that my credit card limit be decreased and today I check the account my request has not been fulfilled.

I have been struggling with for weeks now with Discovery Bank to have my credit limit on my credit card to be reduced by R 15 000 as I don't use the account a lot. I have phone numerous times with the latest Ref Number :***4
