Poor Discovery Bank Functionality

Trying to obtain bank statements from Discovery Bank is like pulling teeth. You cannot access statements, not event in a basic .csv format. I called Discovery Bank twice today to request bank statements and firstly received the wrong period requested and secondly was told that the people doing the .csv files are not here and that it could take between 24-48 hours to received them. I am disgusted with the lack of basic functionality. Actually wanted to request .ofc files which is available from any normal bank so that my auditor could do my SARS returns-not what I expected from the Discovery brand, which I have supported since 1997 across a range of product areas.
