POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DISCOVERY!!

I drove to your Umhlanga Discovery store yesterday, and today. WHY is it closed, when EVERY other business around there is open? What makes it worse is that there is staff INSIDE the store, who just IGNORE the customer outside at the door??!!! Unbelievable! You would think the staff would politely tell customers at the door and tell them WHY it is closed??? Instead there is a pathetic little sign saying we are closed???
