Poor customer service.

I’ve been battling since Wednesday for them to send me a document I urgently need. Every time I phone the promise me I’ll get it the end of the day. Well it’s now Saturday at 4 and still no documents. They advised me the document is ready they just need to mail it. How does it take this long for a document that I even filled in they just need to sign. Terrible and pathetic customer service
