Poor customer service

This number *** called I was in a car told the person to call me in 15 minutes, because I can't hear her she said I should call the number that she's not calling me with and she's putting my account on stop and I told her I need to pour petrol first she said I must call her for what I don't know, I'm so disgusted by this I don't want this bank anymore
