Poor banking app...

The worst bank when it comes to online banking. Everytime I asked online payment, they deactivate my banking app without even trying to communicate with me.

When you try to call or communicate with them via their app, you just get no response. I'm at a point that I'm gonna cancel my bank account/facility.
