Points to Miles Calculation Incorrect

I have been complaining that my points to miles allocation is incorrect since March when the miles were awarded. Each consultant that I've spoken to has recalculated my allocation based on the data they have and agree that I should have received the full 50,000 miles. Furthermore, several emails that I have sent has promised a response within 3 to 5 working days but to date I have not received a single response. I had the same issue in 2018 which was only resolved in June 2018 and it seems that Discovery is either unwilling or unable to do this calculation correctly.
